House of Hope is a private rehabilitation centre based in Auckland, offering residential treatment for drug and alcohol problems

Based in rural Auckland, House of Hope is run not only by professional therapists and medical staff but also by people who have experienced the effects of addiction and rehabilitation first hand. We understand that nobody plans to become addicted to drugs or develop an alcohol dependency. And we understand the challenges you face in your day to day life.

We also know that if you have made the decision to seek treatment you need to be given the opportunity to make lasting changes to both beat your dependency and live a healthier life. Private rooms allow you space to focus on your well-being

Our centre is based in a serene, country setting, with warm, homely living conditions including home cooked meals to ensure those who stay enjoy comfort and peace. Each person has their own private bedroom (no shared rooms) as we believe this gives the space and privacy needed to help recovery. We take no more than three clients at any one time so that we can focus on each individual and their journey.

Our team takes a holistic approach to aid your recovery

At House of Hope we believe that a holistic approach is the best one to take when it comes to treating alcohol or drug dependency.

As well as helping you detox from drugs or alcohol we also focus on other treatments including group therapy, yoga and massage to help you develop a stronger and healthier mind and body.

Do you or a loved one need help? See how our private rehab centre can help

Many of our patients come to us because a family member, friend or loved one has asked about getting them help, so if you are worried about someone in your life please get in touch. If you think you need help personally then our team are also waiting to hear from you.

House of Hope runs a range of programmes although we recommend that you stay with us for 30 days for the best results. We can provide:

    • 7 day programme – for people who need a break from drugs or alcohol for medical reasons but aren’t ready to commit to a full programme.
    • 14 day programme – for patients who cannot afford to stay for longer, this programme offers as much help as possible in a shorter timeframe and then offers over the phone assistance following a stay.
    • 30 day programme – this is our recommended treatment length and gives you time to detox as well as developing a good foundation and resource base with which to continue when you leave the centre.

We also offer a day programme for people that cannot be away from home for too long such as those looking after children or elderly relatives. In this programme you attend the centre from 7am to 4 or 5pm each day but do not stay with us overnight.

Our drug and alcohol treatment programmes follow carefully planned stages to ensure you get the best help. Contact us today to start your journey to recovery.
