The admission process for our drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities is simple

We know that making that first call for help with your drug addiction or alcohol dependancy is often the hardest part and that once you’ve done it you need to keep the momentum going. That’s why we make our admissions process as easy as possible. Our aim is to get you started on treatment quickly so you can begin your journey to recovery.

The admissions process begins with a phone call or an email either from you or from one of your loved ones on your behalf.

From there we begin the pre-treatment process for our 12-step programme. Our caring team will meet with you and conduct a pre-assessment to see if you are suitable for detox. You’ll also undergo a medical. Once this and all the paperwork is complete we’ll arrange a place for you at our private rehabilitation centre and begin your treatment programme.

what to bring

What to bring

You don’t need to bring much to stay with us – the best thing you can bring is a good attitude and willingness to change your life.

Beyond that, pack a bag with enough clothes and personal toiletries for your stay. We run yoga and exercise classes as part of our holistic programme so we recommend that you bring clothes suitable for exercising.

You might also like to bring a few things to make your room feel like home during your stay. We have private rooms for each patient so feel free to bring a photograph, ornament or something similar that makes you feel happy.

Our centre provides a room and all meals during your stay.

What to expect when you arrive

When you first arrive we’ll focus on getting you settled in and on your detox which takes place during the first week. We know that giving up your dependency is likely to be causing you anxiety so we’ll be with you every step of the way. As well as professionals we have team members who have been through addiction so we know what this journey is like.

We’ll make sure you know where everything is and that you have support lined up before you start your detox. This may include medical assistance if required.

If you have any questions please don’t be afraid to ask them – the beginning of your stay is a great time to get everything in place and to make sure you are fully informed. Reading our FAQs before you come can also help answer some of your questions.

We want your journey to recovery to be successful so we’ll do everything we can to help you along the way.
