Ray is an accredited full member of NZAC (New Zealand Association of Counsellors). 

Ray has worked in the Counselling Profession for over 25 years. Some of his experiences include : Anger Management – Post Adoption Counselling – Working with Adults who have Learning Difficulties – Grief Counselling – Domestic Violence Offenders – Stress Management Consultant – Manager of a Rehabilitation Centre for Alcoholics and Addicts – Men’s Counselling – Group Facilitation – Working with Child Sex Offenders – Youth and Adolescence Counsellor – HIV and Aids Counsellor – Prison Counsellor

He also Supervises other Counsellors.

Cecil qualified in India, and has spent most of his post graduate years in NZ, having achieved the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Fellowship of the Royal College of NZ GPs and he is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer for Auckland University since 2008. He also holds a certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Dermoscopy and is a Member of the skin cancer College of Australia. 

Cecil has a pride in being part of a practice committed to family care. He has a wide range of General Practice skills, and at the present time he visits both North Haven Hospital and Halldene Rest Home to provide geriatric care.

Cecil Antony

He has a deep interest in minor skin surgery and continues to maintain and widen his skills in this area, attending continuing education and peer review sessions, with learning experience from the surgeons who work for the local District Health Board. He loves to teach and Whangaparaoa Medical Centre is an established accredited teaching practice for medical students and trainee GPs. 

Cecil and his colleagues provide a welcoming and warm environment for the practice patients.

Dr James Crighton: MB ChB

James graduated with a medical degree from University of Otago 2009, and has worked in a variety of medical and surgical fields in Wellington and Melbourne. 

He became a fellow of Royal NZ College of GPs 2018, and is currently a GP at Hibiscus Coast Medical Centre, and can offer advice around addiction and mental health issues.

Cheryl started her journey as a university lecturer and private music tutor with over 15 years teaching experience. After struggling with stress and anxiety for a number of years she chose a different path and qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher (300 hrs and Yoga Shred trained). She is also a qualified kids yoga instructor (Kidding Around Yoga Certified and PREKAY certified). She strongly believes that meditation and mindfulness are key life skills that all walks of life can benefit from.

I am trained in therapeutic, relaxation massage and use a combination of different techniques to adapt to each client. I work with my clients to develop a massage specifically designed to meet personal needs based on the four cornerstones of personal well-being, physical, emotional, mental and emotional health. Shelley Registered as a Comprehensive nurse in 1984. She subsequently gained her Bachelors degree in Nursing and an Advanced Diploma in Management. She has held a variety of Nursing and Health Management positions including General Manager of two Private Surgical Hospitals, Facility Manager in aged care and Health Centre Manager at Paremoremo Prison.

Shelley Contracts as a nurse consultant and has held recent contracts with Whanganui District Health Board reviewing systems and processes and Auckland District Health Board as Lead for the Covid 19 clinical response at Auckland airport.
